Any return/exchange requests must be pre-approved, as these are heirloom quality, hand-sewn custom garments. Garments may be shipped back at customer's expense for exchange or in store credit, within 10 days of USPS/UPS confirmed Delivery receipt, in original condition, unworn and with all original tags attached, no exceptions. Excludes custom size .color order requests, which are no return/no exchanges. Items marked  *Final Sales are not returnable/exchangeable. Once garment is received, it will be inspected and determined if it can be returned or exchanged.
