    Online Order Return Policy
    Effective 1/1/2020, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any purchases made on orders placed after 1/1/2020.  

    Return/Exchange Policy
    All sales are considered final. No Refunds, no Exchanges. Close-out/Clearance are subject to availability, as they sell out quickly. In the event an item ordered had been sold out, you will be promptly refunded that item's price.

    Reservation/Hold Policy
    Items can be reserved and held at no charge for the duration of 24 business hours,  After which, the items will put back on the sales floor. Please note item reservations/holds are subject to availability and items are not guaranteed. For instance, if an item is reserved or put on hold but then an online sale comes through for that item (and it is the last one in stock), we will ship out the item to the person who purchased it first, even if the reservation was made prior to the online sale.

    Shipping Policy

    *ADVERSE/INCLEMENT WEATHER*   Please be patient during any inclement weather across the US, as it may cause delays in package pick-up, packages in route or package deliveries.

    International orders are sent the most expeditious route. All Paint is Excluded from international sales.

    NOTE: Once a package is recorded as in the system of USPS or UPS, our store and our employees unfortunately, at that point, no longer has any control over the package, It is in their Hands.  We are not responsible for any USPS/UPS received damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses.  We ship to the address provided at checkout.  If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge the additional shipping fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If your package is not received or 'delivered' you must contact your local USPS or UPS center directly.

    In-Store Pick-Up Policy
    PLEASE DO NOT COME BY UNTIL You receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up.
